These SMS Terms govern Hyperthrive's text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Hyperthrive, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

Hyperthrive uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients regarding automation projects, service updates, appointment scheduling, and related business matters. This is not a mass marketing program — messages are sent on a per-client basis relevant to your specific project or inquiry.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Hyperthrive by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our Contact page and submitting the form. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Hyperthrive at the phone number you provide.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages related to your project status, scheduling confirmations, follow-ups, and other service-related communications. We will not send you unsolicited promotional messages.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Hyperthrive does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text message from Hyperthrive to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

To re-subscribe, reply START to any Hyperthrive number or contact us directly.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS communication data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary.
